So, let's iron this out:
Merit: 5 pts. ~ MacGyver Effect
This merit allows one to create very functional, and often times (un)life saving, tools and gadgets, typically constructed of random and otherwise useless junk. Player must always have pocket knife in order for merit to function. Player must be in what the Storyteller describes as a tight fix, and have pocket knife avalible. Player then receives 2 extra dice to any roll requiring craft, and will cancel up to two 1s rolled.
Player must already have purchased at least two dots in craft.
